Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. pet treats or food)

  • Personal care items (e.g. grooming products if opened)

  • Items marked as final sale

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Contact your credit card provider — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
